Are you a meat eater, vegetarian, or vegan? The animal lover in me would love to be a vegetarian but I really do love meat, especially red meat! My family owned a store and was known for having the best beef in town for many years so it’s always been a huge part of our diet.
I also enjoy working out so I’m always concerned about getting enough protein if I don’t eat meat.
